The Short Version

I'm Ryan from Mondello Marketing. I take your privacy seriously and only collect data I actually need to run my business and improve my website.

This page explains what data I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I've written it in plain English because legal jargon helps nobody.

What Information I Collect

When You Contact Me

If you fill in my contact form or email me, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide it)
• Whatever you write in your message

I use this to reply to you and potentially work with you. That's it.

When You Visit My Website

I use Google Analytics to understand how people use my website. This collects:

• Which pages you visit
• How long you spend on each page
• What device and browser you're using
• Roughly where you're located (city level, not your exact address)
• How you found my site (Google search, Facebook, etc.)

This helps me understand what content is useful and what needs improving. Google Analytics uses cookies to track this (see Cookie Policy below).

What I Don't Collect

• I don't collect sensitive personal data (religion, health, political views, etc.)
• I don't track you across other websites
• I don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• I don't use aggressive tracking or hidden pixels

How I Use Your Information

Contact Information

When you contact me, I use your details to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Discuss your project
• Send you quotes or proposals
• Keep records of our conversations

I keep your contact details until you ask me to delete them, or until it's clear we're not working together (usually after 12 months of no contact).

Analytics Data

I use Google Analytics to improve my website. This data is anonymous and helps me understand which pages are useful and which need work.

Using Your Work in My Portfolio

If I build you a website, create drone footage, or develop content for you, I'd like to showcase it in my portfolio and marketing materials.

What This Means

• I may take screenshots of your website
• I may use drone photos or videos I've created for you
• I may mention your business name and what I did for you
• I may share examples on my website, social media, or when talking to potential clients

Your Rights

I will always ask your permission first before using your work publicly. You can:

• Say no, and I won't use it
• Say yes but ask me to keep your business name private
• Change your mind later and ask me to remove it
• Request specific images or footage not be used

If you want your work removed from my portfolio at any time, just ask. No questions, no hassle.

Google Analytics

Email Service

Your contact form submissions go through my email provider so I can reply to you.

Website Hosting (Vercel)

My website is hosted on Vercel, which means they technically have access to basic server logs.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access: Ask me what data I hold about you
• Correction: Ask me to correct any wrong information
• Deletion: Ask me to delete your data
• Portability: Get a copy of your data in a readable format
• Object: Tell me to stop using your data for marketing
• Restriction: Ask me to limit how I use your data

How I Keep Your Data Safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information:

• This website uses HTTPS encryption
• Contact form data is sent securely
• I don't store credit card information (I don't take payments through this website)
• Email and files are stored securely

No system is 100% secure, but I do my best to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

My services are for businesses, not children. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you're a parent and think your child has sent me information, please contact me and I'll delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this privacy policy occasionally. I'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when I do. If I make major changes, I'll let existing clients know by email.
